About SwiftAid Transport LLC
Jamel Holder is the sole owner of SwiftAid Transport LLC,
a New York registered single-member LLC founded on June 13, 2025,
in Orange County, NY. As owner/operator, she brings proven strengths in operations management, client engagement, and organizational leadership. Jamel also serves as an Office Administrator and Board Member for The Salvation Army,
Coordinator and Board Member for the Feeding Orange County Food Pantry
Coalition, and Board Member for the Middletown Cares Coalition, collaborating
with executive leadership to align resources with community needs and improve
access to services. Recognized with the Community Spirit of the Year Award, she is dedicated to dignified, fair, and unbiased service for all clients.
Jamel’s background includes comprehensive training in social work, HIPAA, OSHA,
CPR, and mandated reporting, along with multiple safety and compliance
certifications. Her prior roles as a Preventive Case Manager, Home Finding
Specialist and Recreation Specialist covered program design, volunteer supervision and high touch client support, escorting families to court, medical, and housing appointments; coordinating mental health, educational, and medical services; and facilitating weekly home visits to ensure family unit safety. This trauma-informed, ethical approach underpins SwiftAid Transport LLC's commitment to dependable, dignified non-emergency medical transportation that empowers families and strengthens community partnerships.
As sole owner, Jamel oversees strategic direction, regulatory compliance, day-to-
day operations, and partnership development. In the company’s early stage, she is
optimizing a lean, home-based administrative office to focus resources on vehicle
acquisition, insurance, technology systems, and marketing, positioning SwiftAid
Transport LLC to scale into a dedicated office and expand its team of drivers,
dispatchers, and administrative staff. Her leadership anchors SwiftAid Transport
LLC's values of sustainable growth, transparency, and professionalism and reflects
the trust placed in the company by the communities it serves.

Our Transportation Services (Pre-Launch Notice)
At SwiftAid Transport, we are currently in our pre-launch phase, intentionally building our operations with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and transparency. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation tailored to every individual’s needs, whether ambulatory, wheelchair-accessible, or stretcher-supported.
Behind the scenes, we are developing ADA-compliant systems, training protocols, and operational standards designed to ensure that every future ride is comfortable, punctual, and handled with dignity and care. This preparation phase allows us to launch responsibly, meet regulatory requirements, and earn the trust of the communities we serve.

Ambulatory
For clients who can walk on their own but need safe, dependable, and comfortable transportation to and from appointments. Our trained drivers ensure you arrive on time, stress-free, and cared for every step of the way. Perfect for doctor visits, outpatient procedures, or personal errands because getting there safely matters.
Wheelchair
ADA-compliant rides for clients who rely on wheelchairs. Our vehicles are equipped with secure ramps and restraints, and our compassionate drivers assist with care and respect. Whether it’s a medical appointment, rehab session, or family visit, we make every trip comfortable, dignified, and on time.
Stretcher
Professional non-emergency medical transportation for clients who cannot sit upright during travel. Our vehicles are equipped for comfort and security, and our trained team ensures every transfer is handled with care and dignity.
