Jamel Holder – Owner, SwiftAid Transport LLC
Jamel Holder is a purpose-driven leader, community advocate, and Owner of SwiftAid Transport LLC, a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company founded on June 13, 2025.
Jamel’s journey into the NEMT industry is deeply personal and rooted in frontline experience. As a Case Manager with the North American Family Institute (NAFI) in Middletown, New York, she worked directly with individuals and families navigating the foster care system many of whom faced significant barriers to consistent medical and behavioral health care. Jamel often transported clients herself to medical appointments, mental health services, and substance abuse treatment programs, ensuring they arrived safely, on time, and with dignity.
When she was unable to provide transportation, Jamel coordinated rides through Medical Answering Services (MAS). It was during these moments that she witnessed critical gaps in the system—long wait times, missed pickups, and unprofessional experiences that left already vulnerable individuals feeling overlooked and discouraged. For Jamel, this wasn’t just an inconvenience, it was a barrier to healing, stability, and trust.
Instead of accepting these challenges as “the norm,” Jamel chose to become part of the solution.
SwiftAid Transport was born out of her commitment to raise the standard of care in transportation services. Built on principles of compassion, accountability, HIPAA compliance, and operational excellence, SwiftAid is designed to serve healthcare facilities, agencies, and private clients with a level of professionalism and integrity that reflects the true importance of every ride.

Our Transportation Services (Pre-Launch Notice)
At SwiftAid Transport, we are currently in our pre-launch phase, intentionally building our operations with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and transparency. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation tailored to every individual’s needs, whether ambulatory, wheelchair-accessible, or stretcher-supported.
Behind the scenes, we are developing ADA-compliant systems, training protocols, and operational standards designed to ensure that every future ride is comfortable, punctual, and handled with dignity and care. This preparation phase allows us to launch responsibly, meet regulatory requirements, and earn the trust of the communities we serve.
We look forward to officially launching soon and will proudly announce when SwiftAid Transport is fully operational. Until then, we appreciate your support as we build a transportation service grounded in integrity, accountability, and patient-first values.
Ambulatory
For clients who can walk on their own but need safe, dependable, and comfortable transportation to and from appointments. Our trained drivers ensure you arrive on time, stress-free, and cared for every step of the way. Perfect for doctor visits, outpatient procedures, or personal errands because getting there safely matters.
Wheelchair
ADA-compliant rides for clients who rely on wheelchairs. Our vehicles are equipped with secure ramps and restraints, and our compassionate drivers assist with care and respect. Whether it’s a medical appointment, rehab session, or family visit, we make every trip comfortable, dignified, and on time.
Stretcher
Professional non-emergency medical transportation for clients who cannot sit upright during travel. Our vehicles are equipped for comfort and security, and our trained team ensures every transfer is handled with care and dignity. Ideal for hospital discharges, long-distance trips, or ongoing medical treatments
