Our Transportation Services (Pre-Launch Notice)
At SwiftAid Transport, we are currently in our pre-launch phase, intentionally building our operations with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and transparency. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation tailored to every individual’s needs, whether ambulatory, wheelchair-accessible, or stretcher-supported.
Behind the scenes, we are developing ADA-compliant systems, training protocols, and operational standards designed to ensure that every future ride is comfortable, punctual, and handled with dignity and care. This preparation phase allows us to launch responsibly, meet regulatory requirements, and earn the trust of the communities we serve.
We look forward to officially launching soon and will proudly announce when SwiftAid Transport is fully operational. Until then, we appreciate your support as we build a transportation service grounded in integrity, accountability, and patient-first values.
Ambulatory
For clients who can walk on their own but need safe, dependable, and comfortable transportation to and from appointments. Our trained drivers ensure you arrive on time, stress-free, and cared for every step of the way. Perfect for doctor visits, outpatient procedures, or personal errands because getting there safely matters.
Wheelchair
ADA-compliant rides for clients who rely on wheelchairs. Our vehicles are equipped with secure ramps and restraints, and our compassionate drivers assist with care and respect. Whether it’s a medical appointment, rehab session, or family visit, we make every trip comfortable, dignified, and on time.
Stretcher
Professional non-emergency medical transportation for clients who cannot sit upright during travel. Our vehicles are equipped for comfort and security, and our trained team ensures every transfer is handled with care and dignity. Ideal for hospital discharges, long-distance trips, or ongoing medical treatments

Jamel Holder – Owner, SwiftAid Transport LLC
Jamel Holder is a community leader, nonprofit advocate, entrepreneur, and Owner of SwiftAid Transport LLC, a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company founded on June 13, 2025, with a mission to provide safe, reliable, compassionate, and transparent access to medical transportation services throughout New York.
A lifelong servant-hearted advocate, Jamel has dedicated her career to strengthening families, supporting vulnerable populations, and helping individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges with dignity and care. Her work has spanned housing support, foster care advocacy, food security initiatives, emergency social services, and healthcare accessibility.
Jamel’s journey into the NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) industry is deeply personal and rooted in firsthand frontline experience. During her years working with the North American Family Institute (NAFI) in Middletown, New York, she worked directly with individuals and families navigating the foster care system, many of whom faced significant barriers to accessing consistent medical, behavioral health, and supportive care services.
In many cases, Jamel personally transported clients to medical appointments, mental health services, and substance abuse treatment programs to ensure they arrived safely, on time, and with dignity. When transportation had to be coordinated through Medical Answering Services (MAS), she witnessed critical gaps in the transportation system, including excessive wait times, missed pickups, poor communication, and experiences that often left already vulnerable individuals feeling discouraged, overlooked, and unsupported.
For Jamel, transportation was never “just a ride.”
It was access to healthcare.
It was access to stability.
It was access to healing.
It was access to hope.
Rather than accepting these barriers as normal, Jamel made the decision to become part of the solution.
SwiftAid Transport was born from that mission.
Built on principles of compassion, accountability, professionalism, HIPAA awareness, operational excellence, and people-first service, SwiftAid Transport was created to raise the standard of care within the transportation industry while helping ensure that patients, healthcare facilities, caregivers, and families receive dependable and respectful transportation support.
Jamel’s leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that every passenger deserves to be treated with dignity, patience, professionalism, and compassion, regardless of their condition, background, or circumstance.
In recognition of her ongoing commitment to community service and leadership, Jamel was honored in 2026 as a Women of Distinction honoree by New York State Senator James Skoufis.
She also received an official New York State Senate Proclamation recognizing her selfless commitment to her community and declaring May 5, 2026, as “Mrs. Jamel Holder Day” in the 42nd New York State Senate District.
